All the following courses will be held in the English Language.
Mode of study
The course runs for 8 months in full time mode. This is a group course with limited number of students.
International Career after graduation
Students who aspire to a career in an international environment or to continue fashion studies in foreign universities need to present a high standarts Portolio and the LRN Certificate. This is an ambitious plan and at the same time a strong knowledge base competitive in an international environment.
Learning Resource Network Certificate
After a successful graduation it is provided to the international students the LRN Certification.
Learning Resource Network is an awarding body creating qualifications for educational institutions, independent learning providers and employers. These qualifications are internationally recognised as providing proof of the skills and abilities required by educational institutes, professional bodies and governments.
Objectives
The Fashion Design training program simultaneously aims at two different directions:
A. To create an entry Portfolio for continuing studies at universities abroad
B. In the fast and intensive preparation of fashion professionals who wish to immediately start commercial activities with their own fashion brand in Greece or abroad.
AthensFashionClub graduates are the most competitive in the Greek and international market as they have a modern business understanding, innovative design approaches and can successfully implement sustainable and ethical fashion strategies.

About the #AFC_showyourtalent Programme
The #AFC_showyourtalent Program is aimed at both students and graduates of the school, aiming to showcase their talent and create collaboration opportunities with international fashion houses and world-renowned factories. In this way, the Collections & Portfolios they design are unique and competitive in Greece and abroad.
The #AFC_showyourtalent Program includes:
- Fashion Fly TV Show The most innovative and talented designers are presented in the Tv Show, in Alert Tv Channel .
- Athens Fashion Trade Show, presentation of new designers
All the talented graduates of the school can present their sustainable collections at the well-known Athens Fashion Trade Show. Immediately after graduating from the training program, designers active in the field of Sustainable Fashion are strictly selected to be presented to the consumer public for free and with the support of the school. - 1st Athens Fashion Business Incubator ‘The Fashion Gate’ by AthensFashionClub
Providing consulting and business development through the 1st Fashion Incubator in Greece ‘The Fashion Gate’, with the aim of creating a commercial collection and then participating in an international exhibition abroad. Graduates of The Fashion Gate, in August 2017 and 2018 participated in the Styl Kabo trade fair in Brno, Czech Republic and promoted their collections in stores and the International Showroom in Prague. In 2019, 2022 and 2023 they presented their collections at the Modtissimo International Exhibition in Porto, Portugal. - Modtissimo International Trade Fair Educational Trip in Porto
The school visits the trade fair 2 times a year and trains its students in an international environment on how to keep up to date with global fashion trends, how to select their samples to create collections aimed at selling abroad and how to get in touch with fabric factories to order at wholesale prices and quantities. - Premiere Vision Educational Trip to Paris
AthensFashionClub school, wishing to give more value to the education of its students and to bring them into real contact with the International market, provides the students of the Designers department with the possibility of a 3-day Educational visit to the Premiere Vision International exhibition – Paris. - Manteco spa (Italy) Sustainable Fashion Design Contest + Manteco Academy
Full sponsorship of high-end & sustainable fabrics to the 1st winner of the exclusive Manteco competition for the school’s students, to present a personal collection in a fashion show. The Italian textile factory Manteco spa, has been a supplier to the largest fashion houses since 1943 and is a worldwide model of entrepreneurship, circular economy, sustainability & zero waste. In parallel with the Manteco Contest, the Manteco Academy program is also held, which trains the school’s students in new ecological materials. - Copics Fashion Design Contest sponsored by ekybos.gr
Exclusive competition for the school’s students with many prizes from the company with the #1 drawing markers in the world market. - 1st Online Store & Co-Working Space in Fashion ‘The Sustainable Floor’ by AthensFashionClub
Free access for one month to ‘The Sustainable Floor’ structure. The creation of the 1st hybrid Online Store & Co-Working Space is a ‘leap’ for the era and for the Greek fashion industry with two main functions: Store with physical space or E-shop (Online Store and Pop Up Store) and collaborative space (Co Working Space). This structure gives complete support to new creators, to start with full support and low operating costs the operation of their brand and the sale of their products. - Scholarships for the top graduates
The school annually provides 2 Scholarships to the best graduates of the fashion design departments. The Scholarship is to participate in the Fashion Marketing, Branding & Business training program, lasting one year. - Special Sustainable & Innovative Projects
The AthensFashionClub Fashion School is the only one in Greece that trains students in the hottest trends worldwide, which are Wearable Technology and Sustainability in Fashion. The talent of our students is always displayed on Social Media as well as on TV shows such as: Everyday Greece (ERT), Saturday with Nikos Manessi (ALPHA) as well as with special interviews on the school’s YouTube channel. Our students have already participated in the Athens Science Festival, the Chocolate Festival, the Eco Fashion Show and the Modtissimo international exhibition with sustainable creations.

Assessment methods
The students of this course can gain knowledge through education in several effective ways:
1. Classroom Learning: Attending lectures and workshops where instructors cover essential topics such as design principles, garment construction techniques, textile science, and fashion history.
2. Practical Assignments: Completing homework assignments that involve creating mood boards, sketching designs, draping fabrics, and constructing garments. These hands-on tasks help students apply theoretical knowledge and develop technical skills.
3. Critiques and Feedback: Participating in critiques where students present their work to instructors and peers for constructive feedback. This process helps students refine their designs and learn from different perspectives.
4. Research and Analysis: Conducting research on fashion trends, historical influences, cultural impacts, and sustainability in fashion. This helps students understand the broader context of fashion design.
5. Industry Exposure: Engaging in industry-related activities such as internships, workshops with guest speakers from fashion brands, and attending fashion shows or exhibitions. These experiences provide real-world insights and networking opportunities.
6. Self-Study and Exploration: Exploring additional resources such as books, online courses, fashion magazines, and documentaries to deepen understanding and stay updated with current trends and innovations in the fashion industry.
By actively participating in these educational activities, students can cultivate a comprehensive understanding of fashion design and develop the skills necessary for a successful career in the field.
Entry requirements
In order to entry the course, all the students must give a personal interview and assessment of their abilities in creativity. All interviews last 15 to 20 minutes.
Exams and graduation
The education center <<AthensFashionClub>> operates in adult education as a Certified Center by EOPPEP, the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance. EOPPEP operates under the supervision of the Minister of Education, Research and Religious Affairs and is seated in Athens.
